West Side Lifting Club!
Started by Kat Holmes (3 time Olympic fencer) and Liam Houston (NASM certified personal trainer), the West Side Lifting Club has become a vital part of many Upper West Sider’s weekly fitness routine.
Under the supervision of your dedicated coaches, you can get more comfortable using the weight room. Come join us for a fun way to get stronger in a supportive setting.
Lifting club sessions take place at 6.30pm on a Sunday with more times during the week coming soon. All experience levels welcome.
